The orange PU cord has a smooth, glossy surface and is typically available with a hardness of approximately 85–90 Shore A. It is suitable for general power transmission applications where smooth and consistent contact is preferred. The smooth surface provides reliable running performance and good flexibility.

2. Rough Surface (Textured) – Green

The green PU cord has a rough, textured surface designed to provide higher grip and traction.
